Medium sized corner pub. Plenty of seating, booths, tables and chairs, comfortable armchairs plenty of standing space.

Great juke box. Often DJ's upstairs on a Thursday - Sunday. also sometimes live bands, quiz nights (check with bar for details). The pub attracts locals, students and business people. Nice and relaxed atmosphere, the House special drinks are very reasonably priced as are the slightly more expensive branded spirits etc. Good selection of beers, ciders etc.

Good disabled access, disabled toilet. Heated rooftop beer garden for 125 persons, with great views. A free function room is available for private hire.

It's easily accessed from near the central station, just a quick walk straight through the tunnel - it's just at the other end by the sorting offices.
