Die is another artist that has been involved with the dance music scene since the early days. As well as working alongside Roni Size on the now legendary Reprezentz project, he also produced some of the most deadly, dancefloor drum and bass of the past two decades. Working under his own name as well under his and Roni’s “Scorpio” alias, he has an impressive back catalogue of innovative and hugely influential music. After releasing the instant classics “special treat” and “autumn” on the Bryan G’s V recordings, Die found a home with the Full Cycle camp in Bristol. These days Die is running his own label, ClearSkyz recordings and plays constantly at raves and club nights all over world. The Bristol boy talks to us about everything from his work with reprezentz, to his new label and his home town scene.
